The Customer does not obtain any license or right with respect to the information in connection with the online order or request.

If you choose to place an order online, you may be required to provide full contact details or create an account and you may be required to accept cookies. You must keep your details confidential and must not disclose them to anyone. The Restaurant reserves the right to suspend your use of the online store if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated products and/or services for the agreed online prices and we treat this as a binding offer from you to purchase such products and services. Any variation must be made in writing; otherwise, it will not be binding on either party.

Delivery Service

The Customer shall cover the shipping costs of the products, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Central a Domicilio will previously inform the User of the price, and the amount of the shipping costs will be added and paid at the time of confirming the order.

Product Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order, such address must be indicated at the time of confirming the Order.

 

The shipment will be made once the payment has been confirmed. The customer will be able to check the delivery status of his product in the portal.

Central a Domicilio will always inform the customer of the expected delivery times and, in addition, once the order has been placed, the customer will be able to check the status of his order on the Website.

If there is a delay in the delivery of the Product(s), it may be due to any of the following reasons:

Distant delivery area

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase, setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note in any case that we deliver on business days.

For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred or the Product(s) to have been “delivered” at the time of signing for receipt of the Product(s) at the agreed delivery address.

In the event that the Product(s) is not delivered on time, no interest of any kind may be claimed from Central a Domicilio, the User may contact the Customer Service Center of Central a Domicilio, where a document will be issued indicating the Shipment Status and specifying the reasons for the delay.
